Double Dutch and MojoMonday 75

Did a double challenge in 1 this week. Double Dutch and Mojo Monday. There was a recipe this week on Double Dutch. 4 buttons or brads, 3 scrap papers, 2 flowers and 1 metal object. It is my daughter and son-in-law's wedding anniversary so I made this card for them. I used papers and brads from Basicgrey sugared range and then punched and layered the flowers.

Laura's sketch 20

Laura's sketch this week on 2 sketches 4 you, I thought was a bit of a difficult one, but I had a go anyway, it was one of those cards that just didn't work out as you imagined it would. I used the Suger Free Fix papers from Craft Works Cards.

Bookmark for Double Dutch

The challenge this week on Double Dutch is any thing but a card, so i made a bookmark for a friend, I used some new papers from dovecraft called Smirk love and friendship. The first picture is the inside which says friendship is .....two skinny lattes. I used some tiny magnets by basicgrey so when the bookmark is in the book it snaps together between the page so it won't fall out.

Despite the fact that I've had a busy week so far and hubby being at home, managed my 2nd challenge this week and it is Kazan's turn this week over on 2 sketches 4 you. The range is from K & Co and so is the flourish which is a sticky peel off which you add glitter to.

Kazan's Sketch 19

Got to craft today as no Grandchild to take care of due to the heavy Snow fall last night. I thought things needed brightening up and searched though my stash and and found this kit from HOTP and using the kazan's sketch at 2 Sketches 4 You. Came up with this, I had to turn it around because of the wording on the ribbon.

Snow Day

Well it's snowed again last night and our snowman, which we made on Monday has now got snow on his hat, another day with Hubby working from home. No Grace today as Nicola couldn't get to work either. so managed to get some crafting done. When we lived up North and it snowed things carried on as usual, but here in the south everything grinds to a halt. Well it dosn't snow here very often so enjoy it while you can, as for myself I hate it.
